The bathroom has an upgraded porcelain toilet, and the water heater was recently replaced with a tankless water heater - so there is an endless supply of hot water!

The bedroom features an upgraded memory foam queen mattress, storage under the bed, and a Micro-air Easytouch Wifi/Bluetooth Touchscreen Thermostat.

There is plenty of storage inside and out - outside, the unit has a large patio and a rear window awning, along with a large awning over the driver's side of the unit.

The trailer has safety built-in with a wifi backup camera and monitor for your tow vehicle along with a TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) for the tires. The tires have a DOT Code of 2821 and are in excellent condition, as the unit has been kept under a covered storage area when not in use.

All RV systems (power, water, tankless water heater, sewer, and water filters) are easily accessible and clearly marked.

The front tongue has a power tongue jack that makes setup and breakdown quick and easy, and the Bluetooth Levelmate leveling system makes setup even easier.

The dual propane tanks have an aluminum rock guard, and the unit comes with a weight distribution hitch system, as shown in the photos.
