Dry weight is 9700 lbs for this trailer measuring over all length of 32.5 feet. Fireplace and TV in the living room. Free standing dinette table with 4 padded chairs. Extend a leaf flip up table extension. His and hers chairs at the back with footstools. Flip out sofa bed for air mattress. Day plus night shades throughout the trailer. Kitchen has a two way fridge and freezer, stove with oven, microwave and range hood. Double bowl sink with solid surface counter top covers. Pull out spray faucet. Screen window at the sink. Pantry beside the fridge. A really neat feature is the pull out counter extension in the kitchen, make sure you check that out on the video! Front bedroom has a queen bed slideout, with an upgraded after market comfy mattress. Front walk in closet. Washroom with glass door shower and porcelain bowl toilet. Its a good solid trailer with everything working properly. The back end did have some water damage in the past, but it has been repaired. There are also still some remaining signs of water damage behind the fold out couch, and on the outside between the fridge vents.
