This unit is worth your time to see. It might be a mint 2016 body but it's been fully upgraded mechanically to a 2022. You want a lower price? Let's talk a cash purchase. I bought this Winnebago Sightseer 36Z from LazyDays RV in 2022 and part of our purchase they agreed to install a new engine because I didn't like the sound of the original one and they agreed. The RV also has new rear tires and a spare. The interior is cr?me colored and in perfect condition. Because the engine is new there?s less than 3500 miles on it and we just had the generator overhauled and an engine synthetic oil change. The unit has 1.5 bathrooms with one enclosed shower. Exterior shower and TV as well. We also had extra electrical outlets installed in the bedroom.
The awnings are new because we didn?t like the stock colors so we replaced them. It?s wired with 6 extra cameras all around the RV exterior so you can view 360 degrees for security and parking assistance. Also included is a 3'x5' luggage rack connected to the hitch at the moment as you can see in the photo of exterior rear of the RV. It?s basically a 2016 exterior with a 2022 mechanical system. Right now it?s in storage and not being used because we?re living in South Florida assisting a family member for a short time so it's ready to be seen anytime. Don't pass this deal up.
