This is a rare beauty. This 22-foot 1957 Caravanner has been partially restored. In 2019 she had a full shell off restoration, and all of the flooring has been replaced and all new plumbing and electrical.
There are also roof-mounted solar panels, with power stored in a battery in the silver box in front of the camper.
When fully charged, lights and small appliances can be operated.
The overhead A/C unit is a combination A/C and heater; controlled by the wall-mounted thermostat.
This caravanner sleeps 4. Towing weight is 2,800 lbs. and easily pulled! The hitch weight is 270 lbs.
Great exterior condition for the age. The exterior is deliberately unpolished to keep its 50's Patina.
Tows great, and tail lights are working.
The only things needed to make it your own are cabinets, furniture, and other appliances. Glass is in great shape. It has a refrigerator/freezer.
