1978 Newell Coach -Diesel Pusher. Cummins 555 V8 Diesel Engine, Allison 6 Speed Automatic Transmission, Koehler Slide out Diesel Generator. Unique light wood original vintage interior in excellent condition. Appliances, including a newer refrigerator, original stove and ice maker. Upholstery is in very good condition. Coach could be used as is for a truly retro vintage look . Michelin radial tires. This is a special order Coach, not a bus conversion that sold for over $200,000 new. Exterior All painted aluminum with riveted seams. No leaks or rust. Coach hasn’t been used for a few years but transmission, motor, generator, airbags etc. all run great. We have started the Coach and driven in the yard and down the road but we have not taken any distance. If you are planning on driving it any distance I would suggest you having a bus/rd mechanic look over everything to make sure it’s road safe prior to driving the distance. Everything seems to work fine in the yard but she’s been sitting so it’s best to check all the brake lines, fuel lines, etc. before going 65 down the highway.
