The 1994 Fleetwood Terry 30 5V comes equipped with many comforts of home. There is a 110 volt rooftop air conditioner that is ducted throughout the camper to provide cooling to all the living areas including the living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The furnace operates on a combination of 12 volt electricity and propane gas and provides ducted heat throughout the camper. A water heater operates one a combination of 12 volt electric and propane gas to provide heated water throughout the campers faucets. Other features include a TV antenna, TV, stereo, monitor panel and more. On the outside of the camper some important features include the patio awning which provides protection from the elements while relaxing outdoors. There is a grab handle at the entrance door to make getting in and out easier. At the rear of the camper are pair of stabilizer jacks to provide a solid foundation. And on the back is a spare tire. There is an outside shower to help clean up messes without needing to go into the camper.
