1999 Beaver Patriot 40'motorhome. It has a Caterpillar 3126 330hp diesel. 7.5kw Diesel generator. Full air ride 8 bag suspension. On the inside it sleeps 4, queen size bed in the rear and then two couches upfront which one folds down into a sleeping position, leather drivers and passenger seats one of the couches is leather. Carpet has to be cleaned not in bad shape, light wood cabinets in the kitchen area. There is two roof mounted AC units which run off of shore power and or the generator when necessary. There is a 16 foot slide on the driver side that goes out. Has a microwave convection oven gas stove and it's a good size refrigerator that is operated off the shore power and or propane. It has a hurricane heater and electric water heater back up. Water is also heated through a transfer system off the engine heat when traveling down the road so you have hot water at all time plus runs the heating system in the main living area as well. We have all the manuals and information as well that came with the unit. And it also has electric awning on the passenger side I believe it is 16 foot so press the button you can pull out your awning and you ready to set up camp.
