This is a great floorplan. It has a front den which can be used as a private sleeping area for guests. When you walk through the patio door there is a large slide-out straight ahead with a hide-a-bed sofa as well as a free-standing dinette table with 4 chairs. To the right, in the front, there is another hide-a-bed sofa as well as a slide-out with a desk and cabinet. To the left is the full kitchen. The bedroom is off to the right in the rear in a slide-out, and the full bathroom is in the rear left.
We are selling this trailer AS IS due to the age. It sleeps 6 with the 2 hide-a-bed sofas. This trailer measures 36ft when the hitch is removed and 40ft with the hitch on.
