I am the second owner of this camper. A lot of upgrades have been done. A complete list in one of the pics. New roof about 8 years ago and resealed every other year since. Tires 4 years old. New carpet and vinyl plank flooring. Outside is showing some age Vinyl stickers are cracking, some small paint chips in hood. We are wanting to upgrade to a class A and everything done to this camper because we planned on keeping it. No leaks that I know of, no soft spots no wall rot anywhere. Generator fires every time. 576 hours on Generator. Spare tire carrier on bumper. Manual leveling is a plus. Can raise entire RV off the ground. Roof resealed July 2023, dinette seating upgraded, upgrade sway bars, all new steering linkage and alignment 2021. New roof AC June 2023. This RV is ready to drive anywhere you want to go. We still camp in it every other week. Reasonable offers considered, no low ball offers, no how much will you take calls please.
