I have owned three years, when purchased it had two a/c units installed, new convection-microwave,new refridgerator,new toilet, new electric fireplace, new TV , new laminate floor and a new hot water heater. Has four new tires installed last year before parking it. Propane furnace cleaned and good working order. Recently power washed including roof with ceramic coating. Has King bed platform with new mattress. Offers accepted
