We purchase the unit in Jacksonville, Florida and resided in the unit for 1.5 years without any problems with the unit itself. Everything worked great. The dealership we purchased the unit from installed all brand new tires ($4,000.00 worth) when we signed the paperwork. We did have a small leak in the rear of the unit that was repaired along with new sealant on all roof components. The unit has a ceiling fan near the galley to help with ventilation, it is top of the line and has a rain sensor to close when rain is detected. Awning is not the typical vinyl type material it is cloth and very classy with a remote on the keychain. Chrome alloy wheels at all four corners. When driving the unit you can feel the torque from the drivetrain. The only miles put on the tires is approximately 300 that is from Jacksonville to our home in Freeport, Florida.
