There is a full stand-up shower with a separate private toilet compartment. There is an instant water heater, freshwater, gray, and black tanks.

All of the Electrical work, Plumbing and Propane installation was completed by professionals.

The exterior is painted black and has new tires all around. There are two AC units for all-weather travel. This Skoolie is a must-see, it has never been camped in since it was completed.

A Certified Fleet Service completed a multipoint inspection and replaced items including a New Alternator and Starter, the Fluids were changed, a Tune Up was Completed, the belts and hoses were changed as needed, the brakes were checked, the pads are like new they said, a front End Alignment was completed, new Wiper Blades were installed.

The A/C Compressor was replaced, A/C dryer, and fittings were replaced as needed, the system was evac and they recharged the existing coach A/C Unit.
