Top of the line Roadtrek. Loaded. 22 ft. Chevy 3500 heavy duty chassis with tow package. Very comfortable queen bed, shower, toilet, 2 air conditioners, newish tires, four cameras with screen on dash, furnace, water heater, AC inverter, rear bed converts (electrically) to bench seat with three belts. Gasoline engine / trans in great shape. Everything was working perfectly when we parked it several years ago. (Started and moved twice monthly since then). Runs and drives like new. Almost no wear on the interior. No dents or scratches. Comes with canvas cover.

Factory installed inverter gives standard house power while dry camping by idling engine. Vastly superior to a gas powered generator which are outlawed in many campgrounds. This also charges cabin batteries. LED lighting and two large fresh water storage tanks allows many days of dry camping before needing to refill and recharge.

Queen bed can be used as two twins by removing table under the center section.

Exterior mint condition . No dents. No scratches. Comes with heavy duty canvas cover for long term storage.

Transferable Good Sam warranty on engine, drivetrain + electrical with deductible. Cost us about 100 bucks monthly. We never needed it and you probably won’t either because the mechanicals are in great shape - but the peace of mind in lessening the catastrophic effect of a major mechanical issue was well worth the hundred dollars monthly to us. I think it even flys you home, and delivers the RV, if you get sick while on the road. We called Good Sam to cancel and they said it was transferable to the buyer, so we kept it intact.

This is our fifth RV. We spent months looking for the best Roadtrek with a queen bed and all the bells and whistles. Found it in this one. Bought it before the pandemic hit. Took many trips. Loved the vehicle. Selling now due to health issues. (We finally got too old to use it much).
