Each fifth wheel we receive is washed, cleaned and checked out. When you purchase an RV from us we guarantee all of the 'major' appliances work on delivery. Major appliances are Roof Top A/Cs, Convection/Microwave, Stove/Oven, Refrigerator/Freezer, Water Heater, and Furnace. We include a starter kit and a Bill’s Hints Book.
