very nice well kept up 2 super slide out bunkhouse floor plan sleeps 8. nice 32 inch TV in the living room super clean, upholstery carpet etc. tires only have maybe 2500 miles on them. Recent roof coating ready to go. Everything works great Just got back from a trip from LA.

Couch folds out to a bed dinette folded out to a bed two bunkbeds plus king size bed in the rear with huge wardrobe storage.
