Ready to hit the road!This 2009 Carri-Lite 36MAX1 is super-clean with a full December 2022 RV inspection available for review with no issues. RV has been completely updated, two-owner (nonsmoker) luxury well-maintained fifth wheel with three slides one is a full-wall (30' long) slide out.
Upon entering through the main door to the interior, you will notice a large kitchen prep island with storage beneath. The cherry wood cabinetry is solid wood, with wood trim throughout, and no composite materials. The kitchen area contains a two-burner cooktop, a double sink, spacious Corian counter space, a new Microwave Convection oven, a pull-out pantry, and a large residential-size double-door refrigerator and freezer.
The dining area has the standard two-seat dining table, which folds out to accommodate four with two cushioned chairs easily.
The living area has two new leather couches across from the wall-mounted TV and E-center with Samsung 19 LCD TV and CD/DVD stereo.
Up the steps, you have a combination washer dryer combo in large closets to the left with a separate entry door to the bath on the right, and further back through a privacy door, you have the master bedroom.
The large walk-through bathroom has a large shower, toilet, and sink with vanity plus separate storage cabinets. Going through a separate door to the master bedroom, you have large amounts of storage with a wall-mounted TV and a queen-size bed that could be converted to a king-size mattress.
Throughout the coach, you have custom-installed remote-operated room darkening shades.
On the RV exterior, you have large amounts of storage, some pass-thru, standard electrical, water, and waste hookups, backup camera, propane storage, powered electric leveling jacks, battery and converter charging system, powered awning, and a central vacuum system.
The RV construction uses residential insulation throughout.
