Let's start in the 12 foot garage where you will find a half bath, the twin drop down full size beds, plenty of tiedowns for your toys, an updated combo washer and dryer. Also, the garage features a pulldown screen, separate entrance, updated pull up carpet with diamond tread rubber underneath.

Now lets move on to the great main living area where you will find the overhead bunks that the kids will just love! A cozy oversized corner lounge chair and large U- shaped dinette with removable table. Heading forward towards the galley you will see a great amplified and updated stereo system and a countertop bar area with two stools.

In the galley you will see plenty of solid surface counter space, a large refrigerator, 3-burner range with oven, hood-fan and microwave. Turn around and you will see the abundant counter space and 2 basin stainless sink. To your left you will see that great entertainment center with large tv and the updated stereo/DVD player.

Up in the front area you will see the full bathroom with porcelain foot flush toilet, large glass enclosed shower, sink and vanity.

The forward owner's suite has a walkaround queen bed, large full wall front wardrobe closet with sliding mirror door, 6 drawer dresser and a monitor for the patio security camera.

This unit has two AC's! The original 15KBTU heat pump unit and an owner installed 2nd 11KBTU unit in the owner's suite, that is only about 2 years old. To power the AC and all the features on board this unit has a 5500 watt onan generator. For four seasons use it has a furnace, fully enclosed underbelly and heated tank.

Some of the other great features are two power awnings for both entry points and a 30-gallon fueling station!
