Has new living area TV, has total of 3 TVs (one outside), newer refrigerator, has 2nd add on A/C in bedroom area. No roof leaks. Has a long awning on passenger side. Has back up camera that shows rear, and either side. Very good Michelins tires. Been well maintained and parked under a carport. Never wrecked since we’ve owned it.
