2011 Forest River, Inc. Quailridge 39SBML, This used 2011 Forest River Quailridge 39SBML Park Model has all the comforts of home and is set up on a seasonal site! As you walk through the patio door you will enter the living room area that has a glider chair with ottoman, sofa sleeper and recliner. The entertainment center has a TV and Blu Ray player. As you make your way to the middle of the park model you have a free standing dinette and hutch for lots of storage on your left and the kitchen is on your right. The kitchen has a residential refrigerator (new in 2020), microwave, range and double sink. Moving towards the back there is a residential bathroom on your left and stairs going up to the loft. In the back of this park model is a queen size bedroom with closets, chest of drawers and a TV. Upstairs is a split loft. The loft above the bedroom is lower to allow more head room and has a bed. The loft above the bathroom is perfect for the kids or storage. This park model has ducted AC and a furnace. Outside is two decks, an upper deck and a lower deck. There is a canvas cover over the lower deck. There is a deck box and exterior cooking area that includes a grill and Blackstone griddle. A larger shed and a smaller shed are also included. There is a nice landscaped fire ring and a parking spot for your golf cart (a golf cart is not included). **This park model is located on site #94 in our [main campground](https://www.oaklakecampground.com/campground-maps) , Oak Lake Campground. The site rental is paid for until Sept. 2022. The cost for the site rental is $2,650.00 plus electric.
