This is a great floor plan for a couple or family with small kids. We have loved this unit but now that our kids are getting older (and bigger) we are looking to upsize. Super easy to drive and maneuver. It fits in most standard parking spots and your driveway comfortably (21.5 ft tip to tip). Great gas mileage for a Class C (approx. 12-14mpg)!
We are the 2nd owners and have all maintenance records from original owner who was an older couple. Both of us have meticulously taken care of this unit.
When not in use, motorhome is kept covered in our personal driveway. We also complete an exterior and interior detailing prior to covering up for the winter season.
Here are a couple upgrades made in recent years:
- 2024 (2) newly installed house batteries.
- 2023 automatic awning newly installed.
- Early 2023 new front tires installed.
- 2022 installed $1k worth of new Pioneer stereo system with Apple CarPlay and new interior Pioneer speakers.
- Early 2022 front seats were re-stuffed/padded and lumbar support added.
- Dinette cushions recovered in 2021.
- Microwave upgraded in 2021.
- Backup camera was installed in 2020 and works great as well as two interior TVs were added. One at upper bunk and one at back queen bed.
Comfortably sleeps five with queen corner bed in back (added foam topper), twin dinette bed and double upper bunk above driver seats.
Unit is serviced regularly, even when not being used frequently. Able to provide maintenance records from our time with it and past owner.
