450hp Cummins with 77k miles. Coach has a huge solar system with extremely large Battle Born lithium battery bank that keeps most of the coach running while dry camping with zero issues and was installed by the previous owner. Power shades, 3 AC units with heat pump, Oasis hot water/heater system, convection oven, Maytag residential fridge, only propane is the cook top/oven, standard King bed, Washer and dryer, Updated smart tv in living are and the other 2 Sony TV’s in standard locations plus outside TV all work. Electric power cord reel, HWH leveling system working great. 1322 hours on the 10k Onan Generator. Coach is in good shape, no major issues. Only downfall is the sofa flaking as common for this year, we have a cover on it and with a 3 year old and dog we decided to wait to replace and just have not but just a standard 68” sofa sleeper. The captains chairs are in great shape! $5k upgraded camera and radio system put in with 10” Kenwood Navigation and all high def cameras and monitor. Just had roof inspected by local Newmar dealer and new topper put on the full wall slide. We made a nice little bed in the rear walk-in closet for the kido if someone wants with it or it just lifts out and standard closet useable. She is not prefect, it is a used RV and over 10 years old but everything seems to work and function as it should, ready to hit the road today. Steer tires replaced 2 years ago.
