Well maintained 5th wheel. Branded title. I have history report on trailer. No accidents or salvage records. Must sell due to some unexpected life changes. Minor damage includes small tear in the awning, normal wear and tear on upholstery for lounge chairs and fold out loveseat. Repairs made; New electric fireplace installed that will heat the main cabin. New 32-inch smart tv installed. New outdoor speakers installed. I have a replacement black awning fabric that will come with the trailer. Owned and enjoyed through the last 3 years and it has been at a seasonal campground since owned. tires still have plenty of tread on them. Auto leveling, all pop outs and awning are electric. Trailer has been properly winterized every year.
