Short enough to handle residential streets, big enough to carry the family on vacation. It has handled very well for us, and the Triton V10 engine has performed admirably. Seat belts for eight, and a floor plan that allows passengers to use kitchen, bathroom, and get to the master bedroom all while the slides are pulled in. Floors are easy clean wood look vinyl.
Beds:
King Master, Full pullout in couch, bunk over cockpit with ladder, and dinette converts to small bed. Mattresses have had covers since new.
Two TV's in the cabin plus in dash video display with CD/DVD, rear and side view cameras, radio, and blue-tooth phone connectivity. Large shower with separate toilet room.
Over 110 square feet of basement storage including a passthrough compartment at the rear. Exterior TV with speakers, and exterior shower.
30A service, Fridge and hot water tank are dual 120v/Propane. AC unit doubles as a Heat Pump, and a propane furnace for chillier trips. 2 hitch receiver with 5k lbs capacity.

Maintenance items needed:
1. One of the slide wiper seals is torn and needs to be replaced. (>$500)
2. Someone rubbed their vehicle across the front driver's side corner. Took off about a foot long vertical strip of paint and vinal off. No damage to fiberglass or seals
3. Drag Links will need to be inspected with the next oil change. Signs of wear, but still serviceable. (>$800)
