Lightly Used 2016 Newport by Landmark 365 w/Massive Living Space!
This is a 2016 Landmark 365 Newport by Heartland, and it has tons of features.
Firstly, it has full body paint (no decals to fade and peel). It has a bath and a half, a washer and dryer, and a beautiful electric fireplace.
The living area is in the rear, and at the very back is a sleeper sofa. You have two electric stadium-style recliners that face the television and electric fireplace. Above there is a ceiling fan to keep the air moving in Winter and Summer.
You have an island kitchen with lots of room for food prep. It has an electric induction stovetop, a microwave convection oven, a full-size refrigerator/freezer with an icemaker, and a dishwasher! On the other side of the kitchen area are a dining table and chairs.
The half bath is at the end of the kitchen and features a remote-controlled exhaust fan. Outside of the kitchen and headed up is the convenience center. It does not have a generator, but it is wired for one. The 1,000-watt inverter can supply your power when headed down the road.
At the top of the stairs is the front bedroom with its king-size bed. Above the bed is beautiful accent lighting, and there is a surprise on the wall. What looks to be a mirror is actually a television. It is a 32 TV mirror combo. It appears to be an everyday mirror, but switch it on to watch your favorite shows.
All the way to the back is the large bath. There is another remote-controlled exhaust fan, as well as a shower with a skylight and a built-in seat. In the closet next to the shower is a full-size washer and dryer. The large wardrobe closet stretches the full width of the unit!
You can use this unit all year-round with the Yeti Package, and it does have auto leveling jacks. Everything is set up to enjoy the outdoors with two awnings and outdoor television.
