2017 Momentum Toy Hauler by Grand Design. Lots of extras! You can fit four wheelers in the back or it can be a bedroom with 2 queen bunks.This is a very spacious 5th-wheel toy hauler with loads of extras. Plenty of room, including three separate sleeping areas.
In the garage area which has its own entrance, you will find two stacked double beds as well as a half bath and a washer/dryer combo. There is also a wall mount for a flat-screen television.
The living/kitchen area has a large entertainment center complete with a television, CD/DVD player, and a sound/speaker control panel. There is also quite a lot of storage area and a fireplace.
The kitchen has everything needed for a completely functional kitchen. This includes a huge double-door refrigerator and freezer. A three-burner stove with splash guard and an oven. Above the stove is a microwave convection oven. Around the sink is plenty of counter space with additional counter space below the adjacent pantry and, of course, more storage under.
The living area has a large double recliner sofa which is showing considerable wear and would need to be recovered or replaced. The owner will compensate for this in one form or another to everyone's satisfaction.
Leaving the living area en route up to the master bedroom is the main bathroom with a lavatory, toilet, shower, and medicine cabinet.
The master bedroom has one completely mirrored wall for hanging clothes, a queen-sized bed, drawer space, and another television.
The exterior holds compartments for water filtration, a 5.5kw Onan generator, and the central vacuum container. Water and sewer hook-ups and television hook up are also accessed through external locking doors.
There are also several storage areas, one going completely through from one side to the other.
The roof, which is accessed by the ladder at the rear of the unit, accommodates three separate a/c units.
For outside comfort, there are two awnings, one being 18 feet and the other 10'.
