Travel trailer is in excellent condition with everything working. Trailer is 30’ long from rear bumper to tip of hitch. Dry weight is about 5685 pounds and GVWR is 7620. Dometic refrigerator and air conditioning. Stove/oven, dual sink, microwave, nice size pantry, central vacuum, upgraded shower head, satellite prep, cold mountain package, 30 amp, includes waste and fresh water hose, black tank flush, outside tv mount/connections, power slide out and awning, electric/propane water heater, spare tire, stereo with Bluetooth and outdoor speakers, sleeps 10, bunk beds with 300 pound weight limit, outside shower, power tongue jack with folding leg, storage for waste hose in rear bumper. Trailer is very clean inside and out. Normal wear but overall in great condition with no weird odors. Never lived in. I had some bubbling on the roof up at the front. The manufacturer told me it was normal but I didn’t like it so I covered the first 4’ of the roof with sheet metal and then I covered the entire roof with a silicone coating that is supposed to be a lifetime coating. I also used eternabond tape on the corners. I wanted a roof that I didn’t have to worry about and I think that’s what I have. Any questions please ask.
