Did have a water leak above the entrance door, so there is a small soft spot that is not really noticeable unless you push on it. Around the toilet, the floor has an area that gives a little. It may have gotten wet from bathroom use, but there also isn't a lot of support under that floor for the tanks, so it is mostly the design. Has been sealed and not leaking now.
