This is a solid RV as you can tell by the weight. It was the little things that we fell in love with unlike many of the new ones we looked at. This has ample plugs, solid four season construction which we personally used to 9 degrees in the winter and 110 in the summer, porch light which seems to be missing on many new ones, slide awnings, 2 large regular awnings, heavy duty stairs, heated under belly/tank heaters, a solar panel.
