My wife and I purchased our Chateau in June 2024 from a PA dealer. We have been rv'ers for about 45 years and have traveled cross country several times in other motor homes. After several local trips in our Chateau, we realized that we no longer enjoyed the rv life, so we are selling our last rv.
Our Chateau is in very good conditions. We had 6 new Michelin tires installed before our first trip. The old tires were several years old. We also replaced the wet bay black & grey tank sewer valves and the smoke detector. The Ford E450 engine runs great and has plenty of power. The drivers side is a total electric slide out. There are 4 hydrolic leveling jacks. There is a gas stove and a micro wave/convection oven, the residential refrigerator runs on propane and electric.
The master bedroom is equipped with a tv and has a lot of closet space.
The dealer did purchase a new mattress, at the time of sale. The bath room has a porcelain toilet, a corner shower with sliding doors. This Chateau is equipped with an on demand propane hot water heater with temperature settings.
There is a second TV in the front area of the rv and a third TV outside, just behind the passenger door. Two of the four roof vents are equipped with fans that allow for exhaust or in coming fresh air. All of the roof vents have protective covers.
The previous owner apparently backed into an object which pushed in the drivers side of the rear bumper approximately 1 1/2 inches. (See photos) Also they covered the entire rv which caused excessive wear to the clear coat on the front portion of the roof. The listed mileage may be different; we may use rv for attending Grandkid's local sporting events.
As noted, this is our last rv; we have rv water hoses, sewer hoses, tv cable, an extra 30 amp shore line and a 50 amp surge protector available.
