Notes from the Seller- We purchased this Tiffin Phaeton 40IH in November 2023 from a dealer in Texas. This was only after an exhaustive search, an in-depth pre-purchase inspection, and trips to see a few tow vehicles before we found our winner. My husband and I began the process to make this coach our dream machine for what was to be our big adventure. We spent over 4 months tuning the coach up and adding several upgrades, including a high-quality fire suppression system and a new Girard automatic awning. We drove the coach to Tiffin’s service center in Red Bay, AL to have a small list of issues addressed and had inspections done on all systems and on critical items such as the roof, generator, and on-demand water heater. It was only days from our first planned 6-month adventure when we learned that my husband had brain cancer. Unfortunately, he passed away before we ever got to take a trip in our motorhome, other than to have it serviced or have a new option installed. We knew we wanted the floor plan with two bathrooms (1.5). Based on our research, we also wanted a Tiffin that was pre-covid and from the Bob Tiffin, pre-Thor era. This coach checked all the boxes and we found it to be the perfect coach for us. We did a lot of work and research for the perfect fit. We hope someone can benefit from our efforts and can enjoy this coach for years of adventure.
