We love this RV but our usage plans have changed. Before we bought our Dynamax Isata 3 24 FW on a diesel Mercedes chassis we researched the heck out of Class C’s and this one consistently made top grades amongst consumer reports for high quality of construction and dependability. At 24 feet long, and with a full wall slide, it is both easy and convenient to drive and maneuver, and also give plenty of living space inside. It has a queen bed that two people can actually get out and walk around; the dual recliner/sofa converts to a king bed; the bunk-over-cab can comfortably sleep one adult of two kids; dependable Mercedes diesel with plenty of power and smooth ride gets about 16 MPG when driving 55-60 mph or about 12 MPG when driving 65-70 MPH. High-quality cabinetry throughout, not like a lot of the cheaper RV’s in this class. Our RV has lots of upgrades, including a Cummins 3200 diesel generator, auto-leveling jacks, 300 watts of solar, fully-installed privacy covers for cab windows, and a full vehicle cover. The refrigerator and freezer were replaced two years ago, and last year we replaced the slide-out rails, gears, and motors.
I love that you can set up and leave camp in about 3-5 minutes! I traveled for up to three months solid, and never felt like I did not have enough space or storage on those long trips.
We have the full maintenance history and it’s all up-to-date. The oil has just been changed and the roof was inspected and resealed a couple of months ago. No damage to the vehicle; all systems in top condition
A new version of this exact same RV is selling for about $210,000, and that is without some of the upgrades ours has. And anyone who has owned an RV knows that in that first year of owning a new rig, you are going to have a bunch of warranty issues, no matter what the dealer tells you. We are so happy we bought his one gently used and with all of those warranty problems taken care of. So, the real question is, if you like this smallish Class C style RV, and you want good quality that is not going to break down on the road, why not save $100K and buy a used rig. We love ours, but it is time to travel overseas!
We welcome your calls and happy to chat and share more details with you! And check out our video.
