Has refrigerator w/small freezer (works on battery or electricity), flush cassette toilet, shower, stove, sink, A/C, lots of storage areas w/milk crates for your goods & clothes. Bench seating converts into two single bunk beds. Full size bed in rear. Tires in excellent condition - 12 clearance from ground. This unit was made for off-road boondocking. Two 20# propane tanks. Large 8' awning & bug screen at entry door. Easy lift-up roof makes ceiling height 5'11-7'10. Height is 4'7 when closed, so interior can still be used. Includes Blue Ox weight distribution hitch installed by dealer. Total outer height is 6'10 and fits in most standard garages so no need to pay for offsite storage! (Pls check your garage.)
