Perfect size for 2 adults but can easily accommodate and sleep up to 4-6. Great size for new RV'ers and the open floor plan is terrific. It seems to be the perfect layout, even while driving, it is comfortable to get up and fix a snack or use the facilities.
Has had the oil changed to full synthetic approximately at 7,151 miles. It has a 2" tow hitch- perfect for a tow vehicle if you would like- we did not use one. We recently installed Bilstein shocks and steering stabilizer, and a supplemental rear anti-sway bar,
There is plenty of storage space: under the king bed, closet, over the bed, drawers, and in the main living area. There is good storage under the RV as well for chairs, hoses, etc.
The RV has 3 TVs: main living, master bed, and outside. All windows have shades and the front window has an electronic drop shade for extra privacy. 3 burner range gas stove and oven, microwave and a double sink with covers.
Another favorite feature is the built-in nightstand ledges with the walk-around king bed- making it roomy and easy to make the bed. TV in bedroom plus reading lights above pillow area. Extra queen bed over driver's seat- also quite comfy.
The Exterior has 4 storage areas, and an electric retractable awning (which covers the outdoor TV). The Flair is a beauty and looking for a good home that will be able to enjoy the RV life for many years!
