$16,500 $15,000 USD
Travel Trailers / South strafford, VT

I purchased this unit in Colorado, in 2021. It served me well as I traveled East and stayed a month at RV campgrounds, and then on my property, first off grid, and then with a 30A service while I built a dwelling. WHile it was parked on my property, I wrapped it in insulation and house wrap for protection from the cold and sun. Now that I’ve moved into the dwelling, I am selling it as is.

It is in very good condition and would continue using it if I had the need. It’s amazing how much is packed into a small trailer.

Things that were fixed or upgraded since I bought it:

* I replaced the stock toilet with a Nature’s Head composting toilet. I can’t imagine living with the original toilet’s smell and the horrible disposal of black water. A large quantity of peat moss, enough for over a year of single person use, is included.
* A pro replaced the gas heater motherboard (it was not working when I purchased it)
* I replaced the inverter with a new one
* I replaced two of the flimsy stabilizers with new sturdy ones
* The camera monitor was missing upon purchase. I bought a new package with a camera. The existing camera worked, so the spare camera is included.

Accessories that are included (see photos):

* 30A power cord, 15A adapter cord
* Leveler & chock kit
* Stabilizer crank and adapter (for using a power drill set the stabilizers)
* Fresh water pressure gauge and protector
* Gray (and black) water Rhino flex disposal hose (stored in rear bumper)
* Hitch lock kit, spare fuses, etc
* Instruction manuals

Full disclosure - things I didn’t fix or can’t be considered new, and factored into the asking price (see last 4 photos):

* One of the layers of the front window over the bed is cracked (see photo). The RV repair outfit that fixed the heater motherboard said that it was not worth fixing the window because it is not cracked all the way through (there are several layers). The window has performed fine.
* I took out the poor quality TV and left the mounting screw holes (see photo). I found I didn’t need a TV so I never replaced it.
* The gas cooking stove is missing an ignition part. The online RV store sent me a repair kit (included) that is short one piece and they ignored my complaints. I could not delay my travels and then I found it was easy enough to do nearly all my cooking with an induction plate and use matches in the rare instances that I didn’t have electric power.
* Before I bought it, the seller said trailer was broken into, and insurance company chose to auction it, so the title says re-built. It seemed to me at the time that the trailer was in excellent shape and apart from the points above, I still think that.
