We specified this as our forever coach”, with every option, on a floorplan we believe brings comfort and space along with considerable storage. Capable of sleeping 6, its perfect for a couple looking to travel while having all the comforts of your own apartment on wheels. Its not small (40’ long), but for that you get a separate lounge with 2 settees and 2 heat/massage theatre seats, a spacious kitchen and dinette area, bathroom and separate master bedroom.
This floorplan includes a large rear window, to enjoy the view, with a TV on a lift when you want it.
Under the lounge floor is a cavernous storage bay, with a 10’ pull out tray with additional storage each slide, this in combination with the front storage bays allows you to take all your toys with you, including ebikes stored securely out of sight.
Additional equipment includes beautiful full body paint, washer/dryer, dual pane windows, slide toppers and a Curt AIRRIDE pin box.
Go anywhere with this coach. Want to stop at Harvest Hosts (wineries, golf clubs, museums which provide unique experiences at little cost to you) or Boon Dockers Welcome (free overnight RV parking on private property) but still want to be able to run the microwave, use your coffee machine, dry your hair? This coach is equipped from the factory with Super Solar Flex, 4 300W solar panels on the roof, connected to 2 270 Amp/Hour batteries (equivalent to 10 100Amp/Hr Led Acid at considerably less weight and size). These batteries power your 3000W Magnum inverter to power the entire coach (not just a couple of outlets). You can be off grid for days and still charge your phone, watch TV, power the whole rig. The solar chargers and battery status devices are all Victron so you can monitor it all from your smartphone.
So if its so good why sell it? We love this coach, but our needs have changed and we now want to bring our Jeep Wrangler with us, so we need to switch to a motorhome. Our decision to sell allows you the opportunity to save about $30K and upgrade to a almost new, lightly used, highly equipped coach.
Book price for a 2021 3790RD Legacy is $72K, the additional equipment installed on our rig is worth $30K, so we priced the rig to sell at $99,950. A similarly equipped 2024 3790RD Legacy would be approx. $140K.
What do you tow this coach with? An F450. We are open to selling our 2017 F450 (62K miles) as a package with the trailer for an additional $60K. You can tow it with a F350 (or similar) but the F450 brings a tighter turning circle and improved axle/brake capability over the F350. We will not sell the F450 separately.
