We lost our home in the Colorado Marshall Fire. Bought the RV to live on the property during rebuild of our home. Have lived in the unit less than year and a half. It is currently winterized and sitting on the property.
W/D, 50TV, solar panels, Dual AC systems, extended service warranty still on unit for several more years. It was delivered 40 miles from the dealer, and hasn't been moved since. The tires are brand new. No wear on anything. Like new. No smokers. No pets.
