This is a fabulous and well equipped camper. We enjoyed it thoroughly for 2 full seasons. Our family has had some major life changes so we will no longer be able to use it to the extent it deserves. Time to pass it on to someone who can.
With an enclosed under-carriage, propane and electric heaters, and AC, it has done well camping in any kind of weather.
Camper has been well maintained and taken care of. It is in great condition, no leaks, damage or issues.
We did add a few things that can be seen in photos and can be easily removed if desired: Wall-mount for TV above fireplace, metal storage racks on the inside of the pantry door and mug hooks under upper kitchen cabinets.
It has lots of storage spaces and a nice big pantry. It can sleep up to 8 comfortably, has a full bath and a full kitchen (plus a bonus outside kitchen!)
We are including extras: RV power cord and plug converter, heated water hose, Camco portable black water tank (we used this when we were camped too far away from the dump site), several water tank drainage hoses, and pads for under the stabilizer feet.
