Electric fireplace in living area, large screen TV, outdoor griddle. Large kitchen with lots of cabinet storage and pantry. Rig is propane efficient, only needing it to cook if you want. Propane central furnace heating system that heats entire coach. Good year endurance tires, 2 electric extractors with remotes. Large sit-down shower, glass shower doors. Heated holding tanks, 12-volt refrigerator, no need to use propane while traveling, the refrigerator works off the 12-volt batteries being charged by solar panel, 2 large propane tanks, large under belly pass through storage. 2 brand new 12-volt deep cycle batteries, 350lb storage rack on back, beautiful tinted frameless windows, auto leveling system. Upgraded king size mattress. This is a couple coach, but if you are a young couple with children it has 2 fold out sofa beds and the dinette also turns into a bed. It has always been kept under roof, the only time that's it's been exposed to sunlight is when in use. We special ordered it and picked it up in Shipshewana, Indiana. No smoking, no pets. We intended to use it for many years, due to unforeseen circumstances we have decided to sell it. You will not find a cleaner or better taken cared of rig anywhere.
