About this dealership
How We Got Started
30 Years ago, I started my love for east Tennessee after vacationing here and it has been my vacation destination for many of those years. My RV career started in 2003 on the west coast and had a successful 18-year career out west.
As a child I grew up in the marine industry, my father and brothers owned and operated marinas in northeastern Indiana. In 2007 I met my wife Nancy, and a few years later Nancy started helping me in the dealership. Our love for Tennessee finally pulled us here to Tennessee and I found the perfect location in Sweetwater, a city with great charm and also lacking a dealership.
In 2023 we added our second location in Corbin, KY. We really love Southeastern Kentucky and look forward to bringing our family owned dealership to Corbin.
With so many corporate owned dealerships out there where customers never know who owns or runs them made me chose my family name for the dealership. Nancy and I made the choice to close the business on Sundays so our staff had time for worship and family. We truly feel blessed by the people that have supported us through this journey.

The company was founded by Industry veteran Kerry McKeever. When Kerry set off to use his 18 years in industry experience to form his new company he had 3 goals in mind: Take Care of the customer, employees and vendors, all are needed to provide a great customer experience. These core principals are what Kerry is building his business on and strives every day to meet those and is focused on sourcing as many American made products as he can. Kerry’s saying is, “We are an American company serving the American working Men and Women”. The company is family owned and family operated.
