The Lounge is one of the current favourites of the Prolite line up. Light weight, at only 1395 lbs, but so well equipped, with toilet and shower, a kitchen area, front couch bed plus a 3 person dinette. Sleeps 3, with the sofa converted to a 54x74 bed plus the dinette which converts to a 36x74 bed. Prolites are built in Quebec in a factory that is solely dedicated to the light weight caravan market. Built with wheels integrated into the cabinets and floorplan for a low riding RV that will tow exceptionally well behind small SUVs and sedans. With the one piece fiberglass front roof and back, and with the curved top design, it has very little wind resistance. This E-lounge has all the same floorplan features as the regular Lounge, but has the added benefit of being solar equipped and includes a lithium long life battery. With the battery and solar, you are ready for off grid camping and it will easily maintain the lighting, fridge and water pump. With conservative use, it will also maintain the water heater, electric cook top and a little heating to get the chill out of the camper in the evening with the built in, wall mounted electric heater. For continuous heater use, you should consider heading to a campground for the colder months, and plugging into a powered campsite, or take along a generator.
